How Can I improve my Skin?
The most popular approach to healthier skin is the use of creams and potions. It been known that most of these creams and potions work little to increase the levels of proteins in the skin. The reason is that molecules of these creams are some times too large to penetrate the skin, and just remain on the surface.
It has been proven that Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupressure, and micro-current can be very effective in treating skin diseases such as rosacea, psoriasis, acne, eczema, and heat rash and of course anti-aging.

Treatments such as: acupuncture, acupressure, or micro-current can help clear heat and dampness from the skin to relieve symptoms such as swelling, redness, itching, and scars. These treatments can help address underlying imbalances that cause bad skin conditions. While helping the skin these treatments will also help to strengthen and balance the immune system; build-up blood and fluids; generate circulation to the surface to nourish and repair tissue; expel any internal heat or dampness that may be invading the skin; and it will also help to regulate hormonal imbalances that lead to acne or other skin outbreaks.

Acupuncture: is a non-surgical procedure of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), method based on the principals of the meridian system or energy pathways of the body. Practitioners of Acupuncture are able to utilize the meridians that end or begin at the face to stimulate and balance the energy; as energy improves, a greater amount of energy and blood are circulated to the face, nourishing, hydrating, toning and diminishing the appearance of wrinkles.
Effects of Acupuncture have striking and long-lasting effects. Several studies reported that about 90% of cosmetic acupuncture had remarkable results with one course of treatment.
Procedure: It involves the insertion of hair-thin disposable needles into specific areas on the face, ears. The needles are inserted into the energy pathways or meridians to improve the flow of Qi (energy).
Not only is the treatment painless, but most consider it relaxing.

The ear Master control points: have a positive balancing effect on the autonomic system and endocrine system. Applying Acupuncture, Acupressure Or Micro-Current on specific points will gradually help ease fine lines and wrinkles, plump up the skin, lift the face and also notifies the internal organs.

Micro-Current: Micro current stimulation is applied to the face, causing muscles of the face more tight, skin to thicken, collagen to increase, tissues to heal more rapidly, and a general glow of health. Microcurrent face lift is an alternative to plastic surgery and botox. Micro-Current facial treatments have been featured on the Oprah Winfrey show, are one of the hottest cosmetic touch-ups among Hollywood celebrities.
Procedure: Micro-Current treatments are completely non-invasive and safe; it uses a mechanism of two cotton-tipped probes that sends a micro-electrical pulse through to the facial area.
Micro-Current treatments trigger the body’s production of amino acids and ATP and accelerates cell repair and promotes healthier cell production.
It is the most painless effective treatment available today for facial aesthetics.

Acupressure or Shiatsu: stimulation of certain points greatly improve the local circulation of blood and are very effective at relieving stress and anxiety that can show up on the face.
